Companies Registration Office gives Tele2 and Com Hem merger authorisation

Tele2 and Com Hem have received official authorisation for their merger from the Swedish Companies Registration Office (SCRO).
It’s anticipated that the SCRO will formally register the merger on Monday 5 November.
The merger combines Tele2’s mobile network with Com Hem’s fixed network and TV service.
The combined customer base will include 3.9 million mobile customers, 0.8 million broadband customers and 1.1 million digital TV customers in Sweden.
