Hemisphere Media Group has finalised the acquisition of a 75% equity interest in Snap Global, a Latin American content distributor.

Ariel Tobi, founder of Snap TV, has joined Hemisphere as the SVP of content distribution and production. He will oversee content licencing and the expansion of Hemisphere's content distribution business.
