Ukrainian regulator issues warning

The Ukrainian regulator National Council has issued a warning to the distributor and owner of the foreign channel Our Favourite Movie.
In a statement, National Council says that it informed Sonar and Germany’s RTVD Video-un filmproduktionsgesellschaft that it detected violations of Ukrainian legislation whilst monitoring the channel in November.
It adds that if the channel continues to make such violations it will be forced to consider its temporary suspension.
National Council also says that it previously issued a warning about violations on Our Favourite Movie this April.
In September, it suspended the retransmission of another foreign channel (RTVI) for six months.
