Kantar beefs up senior management team

Insights and consulting company Kantar has appointed two new senior leaders in the form of James Brooks in the newly created role of chief operations officer and Scott Carter promoted to the role of chief HR officer.

Brooks joined Kantar in 2004 as global operations director with Kantar Worldpanel. During his career with Kantar he has also held the positions of operations director with Kantar TNS and chief operations officer of Kantar’s Insights Division. Before joining Kantar, Brooks spent ten years at IRI in a combination of commercial and operational roles.

In these roles, says Kantar, Brooks has always brought a client focused approach ensuing that are operational capabilities are aligned to the needs of our clients. Added CEO Eric Salama commenting on both appointments: “In Scott and James we have two superb, passionate experts who deeply understand Kantar. They both put clients at the heart of their thinking and understand the importance of building strong teams around them and helping people flourish.
