problem upgrading sr-x4200

hi

i have problem upgrading my sr-x4200 box, when when i load the firmware into the loader and click next and turn on the box, the loader stays at " test com port status" while my box shows "upg" with lock led blinking but nothing else!!

can anyone help me on that?
