Please anyone with help I have srt4620II and the receiver is always on standby when you switch it on.

I have tried all software solutions but the main problem is that when you try to transfer a software, the pc cannot connect to the receiver this message appears (connect ur receiver and turn it on).

I have used the same pc and rs232 cable to transfer software to srt4653x so the pc and cable are ok.

please how can i revive this stb.

the boot software
the flash software
and the loader for these softwares

please help out

First Transfer "DCL" file then "Original" file and finaly third file ie latest firm

related your stb .

hi what kind of loader i will use download to receiver and pls tell me what type of RS232 cable connection i will use to solve this probem because i was confuss if i on my receiver, tell (connect ur receiver and turn it on) and start shown two red light in the front panel.pls helppppppppppppppppppppppppppp.

1- with the above mentioned loader . 2- you should use dcl file for solve

this problem , what is your stb modle?
