I downloaded Ali Universal Fixer but when I tried to install on windows 7 64bit, its giving me ' Component 'TABCT32OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid' this message. Can anyone pls. help me install it properly?

I think my box is encrypted and cannot open the password nor edit my channels. I tried thru RS232- USB but not connecting to the box even tried all coms and ports. It is asking for hsdata.bin and mcaskey.bin
