Talpa’s latest talent format DanceSing has premiered on Dutch commercial TV channel SBS6 with a 17.4% market share in the key demo (20-54), making it the best scoring launch since the start of 2018 on Thursday evening for the channel.

DanceSing is said to be a talent show for all-round superstars. It aims to seek out talents who can both sing and dance at the highest level and who must be able to pass an audition to advance to the what is claimed to be the hardest bootcamp ever seen on TV, where they will be living under one roof and work hard to remain in this knock-out competition.

Only four talents will make it to the final, where they have to give a once in a lifetime mini-concert under extreme conditions. With what it calls a new take on the popular genre and visual technologies that give the show a high-end look and feel, Talpa asserts that DanceSing is set to be the next level talent competition guaranteed to have the whole family entertained.
