K230 need some help !

Hello everybody,
I need some help, since 2 week's I have a Kaon K230, I think he need to be upgrated but I don't know what I need to do.
Right now I use Hotbird 13° and is impossible to find italian channel's RAI and Mediaset.

unfortunately my last message was delete because was in french...
anyway, I didn't resolve my problem because the upgrade failed. I did all what you said me, with exe, with cable etc... but nothing.
