Zixi partners with Digistor in ANZ

Expanding its reach in the APAC region, live broadcast-quality video-over-IP technology firm Zixi has inked a reseller agreement with Digistor a provider of technology solutions to the VFX, post-production, broadcasting and digital media industries.

Digistor supplies product, design, installation and technical support to companies including the ABC, Disney, Foxtel, Warner Brothers and Endemol Shine across Australia and New Zealand.
Zixi sees the Asia Pacific video streaming market as offering great growth potential, noting that it has witnessed a 25% year-on-year increase.

The new partnership with Digistor will build on Zixi’s expanding presence in the APAC region, where it claims to be seeing significant customer adoption, and will help to bring its video-over-IP technology to a range of broadcasters, content creators and distributors. Zixi adds that the deal will also allow Digistor customers to quickly adopt the Zixi transport, management and analytical offerings that are being used by players in OTT, broadcast and cloud video delivery.
