Most illegal on demand services in Poland are become less popular.
According to data from Gemius/PBI produced for Wirtualne Media>, zalukaj.com, the most watched, had 2,394,731 users in January, down from 2,883,904 in the same month last year. Its opens stood at 112,738,218 (133,280,185) and reach at 8.37% (10.30%).
Meanwhile, ekinomaniak.tv, the third most watched, had 539,751 (734,408) users, 9,967,021 (9,211,382) opens and a reach of 1.89% (2.62%).
One newcomer, fili.cc, claimed the second most watched position, with 1,252,342 users.
A particularly interesting stat is that six most popular pirate sites had a combined reach of 19.65% in January, compared to 30.42% in January 2014.
This trend has coincided with the growth in popularity of legal on demand services in Poland, with the market leaders now being Cda.pl and Netflix.
