Discovery licenses a slew of kids’ content from 41E

Discovery Family Channel and the Spanish-language Discovery Familia networks in the United States have acquired pay-TV rights to multiple properties from 41 Entertainment.
The fare includes PAC-MAN and the Ghostly Adventures and Super Monsters; two holiday specials – Santa Pac’s Merry Berry Day and Pac’s Scary Halloween; and three full-length films based on the King Kong story. The latter are Kong - King of the Apes: The Adventure Begins; Tarzan and Jane: Genesis; and Tarzan and Jane: Tale of Two Jungles.
Beginning in 2020, Discovery Family Channel and Discovery Familia will also air two of 41E’s new series in production, entitled Superhero Summer Camp and Superhero Pets.
“We are looking forward to adding such fun and entertaining series to our day-time programme schedule and our TV everywhere app,” said Rachel Falleroni, director of programming for Discovery Family Channel . “These great animated series will be rolling-out on Discovery Family in the coming months and we are excited and confident that our viewers will love them.”
