I have an MOI-V IPTV Streaming Server and I want to know what type of tbsiptv card to put at work?
Is there any kind of solution of decrypting CI+ from Romanian Channels providers?
I can stream from UPC, RDS, AKTA .

If someone who knows how to do it well can help me, we'll share a lot of channels.
