The new Apple TV app available in over 100 countries

The new Apple TV app, which brings together all the ways to watch TV into one app, is available starting today in over 100 countries across iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and select Samsung smart TVs.
With the iOS 12.3 and tvOS 12.3 software update, customers around the world can now subscribe to Apple TV channels within the Apple TV app. In the US, Apple TV channels include services such as HBO, Starz, Showtime, Smithsonian Channel, EPIX, Tastemade and new services like MTV Hits, with more to be added over time around the world.
The Apple TV App is available only in certain countries and regions. People can use the Apple TV App on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with the latest version of iOS, or on Apple TV with the latest version of tvOS. If the Apple TV App isn’t available in a country or region, the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch will instead have the Videos app to watch movies and TV shows from the iTunes Store.
In Europe, the service is so far only available in France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, and the UK.
Channels available in France are Amazon Prime Video, Apple Music, Arte, Bloomberg, BFMTV, Classix, e-cinema, Euronews, France 24, Garage, Hopster, Love Nature, Molotov, Mubi, MUTV, myCanal, OCS, Red Bull TV, TFou Max, Viki, and Zouzous
In Germany, the available channels are 7TV, Amazon Prime Video, Apple Music, Arte, Bloomberg, Classix, Euronews, Garage, Love Nature, Viki, Mubi, MUTV, N-TV, Red Bull TV, Sky Ticket, Tagesschau24, TV Now Premium, Welt and ZDFmediathek.
In Norway Amazon Prime Video, Apple Music, Arte, Bloomberg, C More, Canal Digital, Cheddar, Classix, Dplay, Euronews, Garage, Hayu, HBO Nordic, Love Nature, Mubi, MUTV, Red Bull TV, TV 2 Nyhetskanalen, TV2 Sumo, Viafree, Viaplay, and Viki.
