GN-OTT 750 Allure server subscription

This box unfortunatelly does not support 4k resolution output. I tried with when it was on 3.5.0 a now it is the same again with fw 3.5.7
It displays message “this tv does not support 4k reaolution”

Any solution?

I have OTT 750 (not Allure)
It supports 4K resolution(like Allure).
It happens to me that it says that my TV does not support 4K resolution, but it resolves itself after a restart of my OTT 750.
Things to check:
1. Does your TV supports 4K? If yes, does it have any settings to enable more bandwidth for HDMI?(I have LG OLED that does have this settings)
2. Check in Settings at your OTT 750 (Menu->Apps->F1+135) what is the Display output (maybe your tv does not support just 4k@60HZ, try other 4k@24, 4k@50)

My tv is samsung ultra hd and uhd hdmi enabled. But when I try to choose 4k in the display output it says your tv does not support 4k.
In the jnfo bar of the box I can see it has resolution of 2160p when it is on uhd channel like Nasa uhd but it does not transfer that res onto the tv. What it does is 1080p.

Will try that option with f1 later today.

Menu->Apps->F1+135
I tried menu, apps and then to press and hold f1 while enterong 135 numbers but nothing happens

Do not press and hold.
Just press in sequence: F1 + 1 + 3 + 5
The settings menu will appear.
In the settings menu there is Display Settings.
You can choose there HDMI Output.

Nothing happens. I can see in the setting menu of the stb there is output setting and among options there is hdmi mode: 4k but when I try to select 4k it says this tv does not support 4k resolution. I hope this will be fixed with some new fw update.

Is there settings list for geant ott to be downloaded?

There are no settings to be downloaded AFAIK.
Our receivers(OTT 750) are very good ones, but they lack support.
I created a settings editor, but needed some insights.
Contacted the company. No response whatsoever
