New Italian DTT platform: Fly HD

Italian broadcaster Europa Way (formerly Europa 7) will launch a new pay-TV service in HDR 4k HD on the country’s DTT network using the DVB-T2 standard.
The new service will offer eight channels with new movies that can be viewed as pay-per-view, and will use the Nagravision encryption system, and will be hosted by Mediaset’s R2 technology platform. Alongside the movie offer, an international movie channel will be launched.
The broadcaster also said it will make a dongle with DVB-T2 receiver available to make reception of Fly HD possible on smartphones and tablets.
