Sky renews Prime Hollywood contract

Leading UK pay-TV provider Sky has announced that it has renewed its rights to show Prime Entertainment Group’s series Hollywood Singing And Dancing in its home territory.
The 13x60’ series retraces the story of Hollywood Musicals since the first sound movie in 1920’s up until the trun if the Millennium. It includes interviews with iconic figures as Liza Minnelli, Shirley MacLaine, Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly and many more. The show is also shown on stations such as beIN, Foxtel, AMC Networks, NBC Universal and Sony.
“I am happy to announce our renewed collaboration with Sky in the UK,” said Prime Entertainment Group head of sales Alexandra Marguerite. “We already work with the Sky networks in New Zealand and in Germany for our extended arts and culture catalogue that includes our best seller series Mythical Movie Theatres (8x52’) [and] Hollywood’s Best Film directors (91x26’). We have been great partners for the last six years and we are looking to more deals to come.”
