Digi head sells shares

Serghei Bulgac, the DG of Digi Communications, has sold 100,000 shares in the company.
Quoting data published by the Bucharest Stock Exchange, Ziarul Financiar reports that the shares cost RON30 (€6.33) each, placing their total market value at RON3 billion.
It adds that this was the biggest sale of shares in Digi Communications so far this year.
Digi Communications is a one of the leading providers of pay-TV and broadband services in Romania (RCS&RDS) and Hungary (Digi).
