Amazon streams Marathi title Mogra Phulaalaa

Marathi language film Mogra Phulaalaa is having its digital premiere in 200 countries on Amazon as part of its Prime Day campaign, shortly after the Indian film had its theatrical release.

The movie, staring Swwapnil Joshi and Neena Kulkarni, joins 14 other new titles on the subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) platform in English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi, Telugu and Kannada.

“Mogra Phulaalaa is a unique story of a common man who spends his life dedicated to work and his family only to release that life can offer much more! The film offered a very different role, far-removed from the usual filmy romantic hero. It gave me the opportunity to play a very diverse role,” said actor Swwapnil Joshi.

“I am thrilled to know that Amazon Prime Video is digitally premiering Mogra Phulaalaa, shortly after it hit the theatres, taking this beautiful story across many countries and audiences”.

Mogra Phulaalaa centres on a family man whose life takes a sudden turn after he falls in love with a strong independent woman, a world apart. The film is directed by award winning director, Shrabani Deodhar and as well Swwapnil Joshi and Neena Kulkarnias, it stars Chandrakant Kulkarni and Sai Deodhar.
