The Bulgarian entrepreneur Spas Roussev has confirmed that the country’s leading telco Vivacom, in which he is the main shareholder, has been put up for sale.
Quoting two sources familiar with the matter, Reuters reported late last week that indicative offers are expected by the end of this month.
It added that Russia’s VTB Bank, a minority shareholder, has meanwhile said that feedback from potential buyers is expected by the end of the summer.
Roussev currently owns 46% of Vivacom, with VTB (20% minus one share) and Delta Capital (19%) the two other main shareholders.
