Foxxum forges content collaboration with DocuBay

IN10 Media’s imminent premium international documentary VOD streaming service DocuBay has inked what it calls a ‘significant’ collaboration with smart TV development and operation solutions provider Foxxum.

The agreement will see DocuBay, expected to launch globally in the summer of 2019, provide its library of premium content to Foxxum-enabled devices worldwide, comprising several major markets including Europe and the United Kingdom.

Through the collaboration, DocuBay says that it can continues on its global proposition through what it calls a clear and focused content positioning with universal appeal. For its part, Foxxum says that its platform expertise offers viewers the best smart TV user experience, and a customised user-friendly design. Its catalogue of documentaries will be deep linked, and video thumbnails will be made available to users across a range of devices. Users will have access to DocuBay’s features, including thematic curated “’bays’ such as nature, action, travel, culture, science and sports, showcasing documentary features from over 80 countries.
