Qvest Media, VSN team for enhanced media management

Broadcast and media software solutions provider VSN has announced a partnership with systems architect and ICT integrator Qvest Media to be one of its Cloud Certified Partners.

The integration is designed to pave the way to network cloud supported media management, seamless workflows and production tasks and will see VSN and Qvest Media bundle their cloud management capabilities so that, say the partners, clients of both companies can benefit from even easier and more flexible access to cloud-run applications and solutions.

The partners say that their respective products’ features will ultimately bring media companies a greater competitiveness, better collaborative work, remote production and scalable capabilities, both in terms of software and cloud infrastructure, to make the solution grow as much as the media management needs do.

In practical terms, VSNExplorer, VSN’s platform for media management and workflows’ orchestration, will be integrated with the Qvest.Cloud multi-cloud management platform.

VSNExplorer is a scalable, modular platform that has been designed to meet high-end demands in media and workflow management, either on-premise or in the cloud. It comprises optional modules including: MAM for content management and archiving needs; PAM for production environments; BPM for workflows orchestration; business intelligence for data and metadata analytics; Wedit, for low-res web video editing in the cloud.

Qvest.Cloud is a multi-cloud management platform for media engineered to simplify the shift to fully integrated multi-cloud architectures. It has been designed as cloud native application, and some of its integral components are cross-application functions such as workflow orchestration, cloud automation, user management, monitoring, cost control and billing, and comprehensive IT security.
