skynet does not work

hi , i have big problem which make me foolish
i was downloading data from astra 19.2 ,eutelsat 07 e and other satellite by skygrabber,turbograbber and skynet
but now i can't download. why?
i inform you that my twinhan card is usefull for watching tv
but when i run the skynet and skygrabber, so it run normally ,signal normal ,streamreader normal ,but no data
