New to Xsat emulation,keys...

Hy everyone

Im a newbie regarding the Xsat Emulation...
Tomorrow i will buy a null modem cabel so i can update FW.

Which FW do u recommend ???
Is anybody here that can help me how to emulate,get codes,... ??

I wanna update the FW with @Mg_RPg313_XSAT410_12_12.zip‎
I open the program maestro flash for GP V3.06
Change the language to english and click Up/Down then i select PC->Firmware.Know where do i have to click now

i ve got 3 options:
-Firmware Favoris
-Firmware
-Favoris

what do i need to click ??
