BC Partners reduce Altice USA stake

BC Partners (BCP) and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) have sold 20 million Altice USA Class A shares.
The amount represents approximately 40% of their share in the company.
As part of its ongoing buyback program, Altice purchased 1.8 million of the shares for approximately $50 million.
Following the sale BCP and CPPIB hold approximately 4.4% of Altice USA.
