Premiere NDS (temporary) Astra 19 East - not working correctly

TPS / Absat - down due to migration to Viaccess 2.5

1. Download and install files from attached zip file.
2. Install the latest PMC Table (attached with this post)
3. Set CAID Preselect to Card + S + Emu
4. Double click on SBCL v1.0i.exe to run
5. Accept any permission requests
6. Double click on WSP
7. Wait for channels to clear.

The default setting for this programme is Com1.


Latest PMC Table update

This table should assist in the clearance of certain Seca2 channels on Astra 19.2 East and Hotbird 13 East when used in conjunction the emulator SBCL v2.3.8.

Important

Because of a possible conflict between two channels (France5 and Rai Africa) there are two PMC Tables. Load the the table that suits your set up.


Antenna 1 set to Astra 19.2 East - load PMC Table ToH3.4_HoT11.1_S2_Astra Ant1_201008.csv

Antenna 2 set to Astra 19.2 East - load PMC Table ToH3.4_HoT11.1_S2_Astra Ant2_201008.csv


Notes:

Neither table will damage your system - only prevent France5 or Rai Africa from decrypting.
If in doubt, first try - PMC Table ToH3.4_HoT11.1_S2_Astra Ant1_201008.csv (suits most set-ups)


Geeks explanation:

France5 on Astra and Rai Africa both have the same SID / Channel Id (Dec.8501 - Hex.2135) and this can cause a conflict.
France5 needs a dedicated entry in the PMC Table to ensure the correct ECM is selected.
If both the following entries are included in one PMC Table, they will prevent Rai Africa from decrypting.
France5 1 2135 100 05EA 006C (used when Antenna 1 set to Astra)
France5 2 2135 100 05EA 006C (used when Antenna 2 set to Astra)

Each of the included PMC Tables has one of these lines omitted to ensure clearance of Rai Africa on the opposite Antenna.
No other channels should be affected if you select the wrong table.
