Australian pay-TV operator Foxtel has revamped its three LifeStyle channels with a new logo and on air look across the portfolio plus a mix of fresh original programming and returning favourites.
“This is a first step in a new evolution for the LifeStyle brand and channels. After significant audience research and analytics, the team have created a new brand position to align us with our audience like never before. LifeStyle will be a network that connects with Australian women and helps to inspire, celebrate and reflect her life – all summed up with our new tagline ‘We are family’, said group general manager of LifeStyle, Wendy Moore.
Among the programming is the third season of Love It Or List it Australia, with hosts Andrew Winter and Neale Whitaker helping Australian homeowners decide whether to renovate or relocate. In addition, Deborah Hutton returns to lifestyle television with new local production Find Me A Beach House. The 10-part Foxtel Original follows Deborah as she helps buyers across Australia discover their perfect beach-side retreat.
The Great Australian Bake Off is also returning for a fourth season, with chef Matt Moran and culinary icon Maggie Beer judging and Mel Buttle and Claire Hooper hosting, as the amateur bakers complete weekly challenges in their bid to become Australian Bake Off champion.
“Exclusive, quality content that creates an emotional connection between our brands and our audience will ensure we attract a new, excited audience as well as retaining our existing loyal customer. Our new branding and messaging is confident, modern, fresh and exciting – it clearly identifies LifeStyle as an authentic, empowering brand that helps our audience feel better about their world,” added Moore.
Currently in production and set to air in early 2020 is Scott Pape’s Money Movement – the new four-part documentary series from the best-selling author and media commentator. Scott Pape’s Money Movement follows behind the scenes as Scott launches a financial revolution that he hopes will change the nation – starting with kids in school.
The documentary will join established Lifestyle shows also set to return in 2020, including Selling Houses Australia S13, Gogglebox Australia S11 and Grand Designs Australia S9.
