I used 2.38 but it's still closed----can somebody HELP me? all about DG

please can somebody help me? 2.38 it's not working,latest softcam the same for DG, I mean....may I have a new one or a solution to resolve it? I tried anything and I am desperate

Digi Tv on 1 west should be clearing. Check that your emu is on

it's ok now but in 2.38 the latest key it's wrong with 2011 when normaly is 2111
