Thanks a million for sharing this.

Quick question: When uploading keys to the STD, I often get the following error "Inccorrect Partition Header". Any ideas how I get round this?

BTW, what's the lastest version of keydownloader software.

Yes it's contability problem...... try inserting in a different usb port and try different com port

Actually, the problem only happens with the keydownload software. STBPCToolkit and CLTemu work fine and ALL the time. They never fail.

Keydownload sometimes works though after much persisting.

I wonder if it's maybe it's the baudrate? Mine is set at 115200 and COM6.
