i have starsat 1200 and i need a software to download the softcam to the receiver STB.

i used the program Firmware V4.4 ( CXUPV4.04 ) to download the softcam , it appear to be working becuase the bar on the PC is showing progress and the LCD display on the receives seems to have received the keys and are programming them but when i go to menu+0 i find the keys with no change.

please advise me as this problem is anoying me.
