here is the solution for Your Xdsr 300 front Panel Error
1st Step: If ur new then just download how to upgrade guide fisrt
2nd Step: Download Xlink Loader for XDSR series Only
3rd Step :Dowload Firmware file for your XDSR 300 receiver
And then upgrade your receiver As guided you

hi, i have xcruiser xdsr400 with 2 cam slots and card slot. I use to have showtime art etc.. on free_shar***, think ver firmware 7.5. I have put this decoder eside cause i never learned and affraid to update it. Is it that difficalt? can some one explan step by step how i can do it? the first thing that always come to my mind is does the decoder should be off when connecting the rs323? and how i will continue? thanks for any help you can give.rgds king

yes king while connecting r232 cable you should keep your receiver OFF Becouse when you connect cable if u make any mistake like connect upside down will cause your computer rs232 ic damage then your comport will use less
