Xcrusiser box is support T2 signal or not ?if support how capturing this type signal

hi i have a problem with xcruiser 420 hd avant..when i turn on it by push key at the back of device ...a blue screen with word of xcruiser appear (in the tv) and at the front of device (digital panel) word of LOAD appears and this word remain.and device not work.
please please please tell me what i can do...
i live in iran....
if you can read farsi i can write farsi for better expression

HI,
I have xcruiser 390 hd and since I updated its software it hangs and freezes on startup and does not allow me to back date or reset to factory setting. it just freezes.

Can you please let me know if there is a remedy for this problem. Any hardware reset procedure? any backdating like PC backdating.?
Does X_Prolink loader you mention and kindly provided 2010 version work now or does it have updated version to use for RS232 pc connection?
Any help will be much appreciated as the setbox is now useless .

Yes It hangup once, but after restarting the box, it will work fine
