I have xdsr100 with sw 9.79 activated through parental code 4444 but not working also on channel. Connected through rs232 cable but on parental lock menu no 0/0/0 sign as before. Any suggestions?

I have been transfered to Tehran Iran
Before comming I bought a one year Bis tv and a XDSR 750
It seems that those two are not 100 % compatible
some of the tv channel I have a message no video signal, other are working perfectly
even some of the free channel are not working when the card is inserted
I have a software version 9.55
Is it possible to extract the mp4 from the hdd via the serial port ?
If i need to upgrade , how do I do it, which software and hardware do I need ?
when i do a check of the inserted card i have the message no conax card ???
Can you help me with this issue as I am brand new in sat tv
