Solar array issue hits Eutelsat 5 West B

Eutelsat says it’s investigating an ‘incident’ on one of two solar arrays on the new Eutelsat 5 West B Satellite.
The operator says its working to assess the potential impact on the performance of the satellite and will give further information as quickly as possible.
Launched on October 9, on board a Proton from Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan, Eutelsat 5 West B was designed to be located at 5 degrees West serving French, Italian and Algerian broadcast markets.
