Filmtastic launches on Zattoo in Germany

Filmtastic, the video-on-demand service operated by German media group Leonine, is now also available on Zattoo.
The offer, which mainly comprises blockbusters and cult films in HD quality, can be subscribed to for €3.99 per month.
“The expansion of the distribution channels of Leonine’s streaming services is one of our most important strategic goals in the distribution sector. We are therefore very excited about the integration of Filmtastic by such a wide-reaching TV streaming provider as Zattoo,” said Danny Humphreys, Director Digital Sales & Development Distribution at Leonine.
Filmtastic will initially be accessible via Zattoo on iOS, mobile Android devices and web browsers. Other platforms such as smart TVs will follow next year.
Filmtastic is also available on Amazon Channels, Rakuten TV and waipu.tv in Germany.
