Typing mistake of dreams@t in 5.1-r0?
When I download both .rar files and unpack them, I get exaktly the same files, as I see in comparing them bitwise! Only the file-ending is changed.

The two points at the end of the filename (_al..deb) and missing second L is a little bit confusing.

Is it a .deb or a .ipk File? OpenATV needs .ipk to install!
It seems to be an .ipk, because it has control.tar.gz, data.tar.gz an debian-binary inside.
A .deb normaly has only data.tar inside.
