After the exchange the user does not contact me anymore. He replies neither by PN nor by email.

Hes Clients produces very much not found and nok. So that my server runs very unstable with the many invalid requests.
I have tested different settings without improvement. He does not contact me. So I taking he out of my share.
And I asked him to delete the access data. Still no answer.
