problem with fcis 7000

hi,I have problem with my receiver fcis 7000 recently,when I turn off it for one hour or two,than it shows me only a red light pulsing for 10-15 minutes before it turn on.what happened with my receiver,can I fix that problem?

I never had this problem with my receiver, but try to upgrade your receiver with the same firmware or, if you have a jtag restart your receiver with it
