Fixed a bad error for https lines - which would have crashed epg download

New attempt at my downloadmanager using wget code (based on code from xavi220's MyStreamVod plugin - which is what turkvod plugin is a ripoff from)

New downloader has been tested on openatv 6.4 (python 2.7) and openatv 7 (python 3.9).
It has not been tested on dreambox, or other crap old barebones images like VTI and blackhole
Downloader is now safer, and also clears correctly if download cancelled.
Can also resume if connection dropped or if you reboot your gui.

Downloader might not work with https lines as that requires a wget update to get the full latest version of wget so we can use ‘--no-check-certificate

Removed redirect check - so now loads faster
Added in a few more error catches
If https line and your image had an old wget library you will be prompted to manually update your wget library. Otherwise https will not work

Allowed series episodes to now be added to the download manager.

Fixed live and vod categories that have an API category_ID ending in "00" - now no longer showing an empty list.
Added current programme to catchup list. So basically you can timeshift it. (if your provider allows this)
Button "5" is also now a secondary Record/Download Button - was that in last release.

Hallo und vielen vielen Dank für deine Arbeit, ich liebe dieses Plugin.......echt super Arbeit....habe aber da noch eine Frage.....Ich habe das EPG vom ZDF auf dem TV , also die zwei Spalten auf der rechten Seite : 09:00 Nachrichten 10:30 Notruf Hafenkante zum Beispiel.....ich würde aber jetzt gerne das EPG von 14:00 Uhr sehen, leider bekomme ich durch drücken der EPG Taste nur die Info von 10:30 Uhr aber ich komme nicht auf das komplette EPG vom ZDF.....Gibt es da noch eine Taste oder ist das nicht vorgesehen....Danke dreams@t

New EPG offset setting in playlist settings. This is only for provider epg I download. Not epgs that use satellite refs via epgimporter.

Bonus: while I was doing the above I added in an EPG timeshift. So you can see what is on later for all channels. Pressing keys 7 (minus hour), 8 (reset), 9 (plus hour)

Epgimport source files are now in one file and grouped. Files should automatically delete and self clean entries for active playlists only.
Channel files remain separate though.

Amended playlists menu code (again), to try and eliminate the live, vod, series, catchup not always showing.

Added my own XStreamity parental pin. That is different than the box pin.

Added "ALL" category to catchup folders. There is no sort or search on this "ALL" folder though (too much additional code required for that). So just a long list that might not be grouped by the categories.

Fixed Record live streams if no epg. (been broke a while that)
Fixed XStreamity pin - I forgot to change some screens in the last release. So it wasn't working correctly.
Fixed Vod/Series Info to be more complete - Provider default was being overwritten by TMDB even if TMDB was blank and default wasn't.
Added timeshift querystring back to playlists.txt entries - if preferred way of adding the epg offset

Added EPG download location setting in main settings. - for those who want to move it from internal.
Added new sort options for some levels.
New English Language files as base for translations.
General amends and improvements

And the big change. Combined live.py, vod.py, series.py and catchup.py into one new file called channels.py. (which was an absolute nightmare)
Which means the removal of lots of duplicate code.
Which also now means all these screens operate pretty much exactly the same and should make it easier for me to maintain.
All levels of live, vod, series can now be hidden. Including Categories, Channels, Seasons and episodes. So you can hide things you have watched.

All levels of live, vod, series can be sorted or searched.

Not a massive amount of change for the user, but boy it was a lot of change in the plugin code.
