Fixed live/vod favourites
Removed any reference to multiprocessing and concurrent futures. Just to problematic with all the images at the moment.
So now every gets downloaded sequentially and not all at the same time. Only going to noticed a speed difference if you got too many providers loaded in this plugin

Fixed black skin error.

Fixed Delete in Vod Downloader - The screen wasn't refreshing once deleted so breaking the indexes if pressed again.
Added a pop up message for Parental control - preventing default pin
Added a pop up if trying to download to a folder location that doesn't exist.
Allows Vod Download of files that don't have content length - Progress will remain at zero - It will still state its finished when finished.
