Experimental code - there may be dragons. :robot:

New - Live streams now have a unique service ref allowing me to import a tmp epgcache. Which means those with a box that has a front display should now see info, start and end times displayed correctly

Fixed auto update if you have more than one provider from the same url. i.e. multi lines using an IPTV editor service.

Better handling of files where the server doesn't have file content-length
