New French terrestrial multiplex available

The French media regulator has issued a call for applications for the R3 multiplex currently held by Canal+.
The CSA says the terrestrial channel can be used for high definition channels.
Canal’s tenure of the multiplex will come to an end on December 5, 2020.
Applications must be in by April 14, 2020.
