How to build up a Card Sharing Server

I am interesting in satellite television. I get more information on this field surfing the net but i failed to get details about how to setup a card sharing server and how does it work. I would like to get the experience about setting up a CS server. I am expecting a guide regarding this.

linux pc or linux box and your card work via oscam ,then get VPS server . all easy do it
