Good afternoon,

DIGI Tv is not working with this new code. When I enter 1E C3 99 12 61 BF D8 D7 4B BC FE 1E 31 08 62 8C , it works for few seconds and it turns back into a black screen.

Try this:

Disable the DigiTv autorroll; press menu and then 2121.
Flash the firmware.
Enable the DigiTv autorroll; press menu and then 2121.
