Why do I have to "make factory settings after SW update."?
Will the firmware update anyway ?
How do I update my BISS Cam ?

the factory setting deletes old data from the old sw, I dont know them in detal but it is not your channel list, you can make it clear in the menu either.

To update your biss cam, you copy the .kdb file to your usb stick and connect it with the box. Then you choose the file and the transfer begins.
