How to use Keys

I have a Fortec Star FSCO - 5600 Plus and i want to now how do i install these keys into my reciver and what keys are for this reciver?

how do you get them or I should say where do you get them I live in Australia and I am using Dreamax I know how to put them keys in but I can't get them can you help me thank you
