GSE SMART IPTV
As in the previous one, GSE Smart IPTV is one of the best IPTV applications for Windows but you will need an Android emulator installed on your computer to be able to install it and use it to play live content and TV channels.
To do this, follow these steps:
Open the Bluestacks app and log in with Google
Go to Google Play Store
Search for GSE Smart IPTV, download and install
Open the application and select "Add Playlist"
Go to "Add URL"
Add the URL of the playlist you want
Select the channel you want to watch
