Which card does what

Hi All,

New to programming cards.

I have just got hold of an infinity USB programmer, and thought i would have a play.

Just bought a K3 card and a Funcard6 / Prussian Galaxy 4

Not to sure what software to program on each, and in fact when programmed what channel they can view.

Any help getting started would be greatly received.
