4:2:2 format is not a great problem and every card on a new pc works fine.
So if your need is only a correct vision of this feed just be sure to have a good pc.

As usual I don't guess so.
Only Asia side is interested in such event, so C_band Asiasat5 100E feed is enough.
Maybe you could have other feeds too (but still only with Asia coverture.).

Quoted feed should cover both matches
