Black out TV Plugin
The audio plugin has Pip reminds me of it, perhaps, the people want to have and stick to the TV sound and if the speaker of the TV is not used then turn off with just TV.
After I tried some time ago, ever if I just python conjure a screensaver (can goes, but having to be caught lingering enigma2 something like bringing in python does not really what I wanted), I quickly made once a Black out TV Plugin Draus is (python eh only one quarter page code) with which you can dim down the TV, so the tone continues.
